The development consists of man-made lakes, waterways, landscape and features 78 tower buildings. 200-hectare, mixed-use waterfront master development facilitating both business and community living by offering commercial, residential and retail property for sale and lease.
Each of the freehold towers is either 45, 40, or 35 storey high, which are grouped in 3s to form the 26 clusters of Jumeirah Lake Towers.

Role: Development manager - The Palm. Some of the responsiblities included: Setting design guidelines for hotel development on the crescent, design development of villas on the frond, design development of residential buildings along the trunk and setting design guidelines for properties designated for private developers.
